*Shipping day is always the following Monday for all orders received by Friday 12:00.
If the day falls on a public holiday, we will ship on the following working day.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order to us within fourteen days (live animals and chilled goods are excluded).
Please use the prepaid return label included in the package.
Please note that your return is only free if you use the prepaid return label.
Otherwise, the return will be at your own expense, as we unfortunately cannot refund postage costs.

And this is how it works:
Always send individual items and sets back to us complete and in their original packaging .

1. Pack the return.
Pack the goods in a sturdy box or in the original packaging for safe shipping .

2. Stick on the return label.
Stick the enclosed return label onto the package. Make sure that old labels or barcodes are no longer visible.

3. Submit the return.
You can drop off your parcel at a post office, a DHL branch or a DHL Service Point.

Once we receive the return shipment, it will take up to 7 working days for the return to be checked and the value of the goods to be refunded to you.
